Superwater Return Policy: All Returns MUST have an RGA ( **Return Goods Authorization ) either a prior verbal and or written notification before any items are shipped back to us and in most cases these items need to go Back to the Company Shipping your order. PLEASE NOTE: Any and all items must be returned as new, and, no less than 30 days from your original date of purchase.

Returned items will also be subject to a Minimum 35% restocking fee of the Purchase Price, All special order items will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee if shipped, in addition, we will recover all extended shipping costs involved pre and post sale. **If you need to know if your order is a special order item, please contact us via email with any questions you may have first. Cancellation Policy: We understand that cancellations are done for a variety of reasons, Credit Card order cancellations through our website must be completed via phone, and via internet through Email with in 24 hours of placing your order, hence, there will be no charge if your Credit Card order is cancelled within 48 hours of the time of your original order, and, you will not be charged a fee. In Many cases on "Larger and Special Orders" we CAN NOT just easily Cancel an Order as ALL of our orders are shipped Direct and With Insurance from our Master Distributors and Direct from the companies we deal with daily. PLEASE NOTE: Once we have processed your order through the system we will impose and cover a 35% order cancellation fee on your total. Due to extraneous and various bank fees associated with processing and then re-crediting orders, you will be held responsible for your original order, and the subsequent credit issued and returned on your card regardless of the situation for any cancellation that we are not privy to within a 24 hour time period. Cancellation of Oasis orders that have shipped will be refunded less 20% for restocking on regular items, and, 35% for any special order items, however, please note, we DO NOT and CAN NOT credit back "ANY Shipping Fees" even return Fees, once incurred, and, we must collect those fees back in regards to any cancellation or returns post sales, and shipments complete. We will issue you a store credit where applicable.
