Refund policy
Shipping insurance is available at checkout — we strongly recommend purchasing it to protect your order during transit. You can request NOT to take the insurance on this item, but in that case, all sales are final. If there is any damage, we will work with you, but we highly recommend you take the insurance.
To be eligible for a return, we do require an RGA ( Return Goods Authorization ) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a requrn request must be with in 14 days of receipt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we need Proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This is also the reason we request you take the insurance, if not, we can not account for Returns, as we do not charge tax or Shipping fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, we can not take back used Filters and Systems, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you do order a new item that is correct, yes, 100% we will work with you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a 15-day MAX return policy, which means you have 315 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items MUST be Returned in NEW and Unused Condition. We will not accept ANY RETURN items over 30 days. No insurnce, all sales are final.
NOITE: We give 100% FREE SHIPPING w/ COUPONS on most ALL ITEMS so if we have to deal with specific returns, we do have to recover at least 35%-50% on Most Items, and an additional 10% additional on Special Order Items.
If you wish to know if your item is a "special order" item you must call us first please. Or, at least email us and contact us before ordering.
PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS MUST BE IMPLIMENTED BEFORE ORDERING.
If your order was an error on your end, we will 100% give you a store credit to be used for your return, we no longer issue money back, as we do not charge shipping and we can NOT be held accountable for orders entered in error. Used items receive NO CREDIT as we can NOT accept used items. Items that come back damaged also will not be aceptable for return.

We do not ship to Homes for most Larger and Freight items most products we sell for insurance reasons. Hence we drop ship over 99% of all items.
If you are concerned about supply delays, ***please contact us immediately. Orders over 14 days can NOT be credited back and are dealt with based on your issue. We will work with any clients.
