Shipping policy

NOTE: In many cases we can NOT guarantee on time delivery, we do not own the Shipping Companies, but over 90% of our products do ship free and or have a lower cost shipping option depending on the location. Normally we will ship to a business location for larger and Freight Items and we will bill you separately if needed.

NOTE: We highly recommend you take the insurance as given.

If you did take the insurance as requested, If you must make a return and you have NOT Purchased the Insurance, alll Sales are Final even if your shipment shows up damaged, we ask you inspect your items to make sure you haave NO DAMEGE

In the event, (**We need an RGA ) "Return Goods Authorization". Items DO NOT get shipped back to us, and you need to make sure the items are returned in brand new and unopened condition and we will do our best to help you, we can NOT recover any shipping funds spent on orders, and we are NOT CHARGING YOU ANY SHIPPING COSTS, and can NOT cover items as used at all, and in some cases, will only offer store credit as applicable.

As well, for all Returns (  if it must be done ) we 100% NEED and RGA Approval First for  If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering anything. **All General Returns post shipping is subject to a minimal 35% Fee. 10% more for special order items. Thank you, 

We do not ship some products we sell, without your approval, for additional Freight Costs and Insurance reasons without a Business Address. We will contact you fist and get your approval. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take the Insurance for items you Purchase.

Again, Please......We do recommend you use the INURIFY insurance option given to you on your order. Plese take the insurance, no matter hw small the order. Please. If not ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you are concerned about supply delays, please contact us immediately or before you order anythng.  we can not 100% Guarante items will go out the dorr immediately in too many cases.

All orders over 2+ days old are not able to be cancelled once placed and can NOT be credited and are not able to be returned with out the Insurance Option taken.
