Shipping policy

NOTE: In many cases we can NOT guarantee on time delivery, we do not own the Shipping Companies, but over 90% of our products do ship free and or have a lower cost shipping option depending on the location. Normally we will ship to a business location for larger and Freight Items and we will bill you separately if needed. We highly recommend you take the insurance as given.

If you did take the insurance as requested, If you must make a return, (We need an RGA ) "Return Goods Authorization". Items do not get shipped back to us, and you need to make sure the items are returned in brand new and unopened condition, we can NOT recover any shipping funds and can NOT cover items as used at all, and will only offer store credit as applicable.

As well, for all Returns we NEED and RGA Approval First. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering anything. **All General Returns post shipping is subject to a minimal 35% Fee. 10% more for special order items. Thank you, 

We do not ship some products we sell, without your approval, for additional Freight Costs and Insurance reasons without a Business Address. We will contact you fist and get your approval. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take the Insurance for items you Purchase.

Again, Please......We do recommend you use the insurance option given to you on your order.

If you are concerned about supply delays, please contact us immediately. All orders over 30+ days old are not able to be cancelled and can NOT be credited and are not able to be returned.
