3M Cuno Aqua Pure # 5596601 Dual Water Filtration Products IceAssure Models IA1 & IA2 Series systems are designed to reduce service calls associated with sediment, chlorine taste and odor, and scale build-up in commercial ice cubers and fl akers. Premium activated carbon reduces chlorine taste and odor that may cause corrosion and the chlorine smell commonly found in the ice bin.
Built-in scale inhibitor reduces the ability of calcium and magnesium to precipitate on the evaporator plates as hard scale. The filtration media reduces sediment particles that can clog solenoid valves and distribution tubes.

IceAssure products feature Sanitary Quick Change Cartridges for ease of service and reduced possibility of outside contamination.
A built-in automatic shut-off valve in the IceAssure filter heads allows cartridge changeout without the need for external shut-off valves.
The pressure gauge monitors pressure spikes and reminds operator of scheduled cartridge changeouts.
A choice of two cartridge technologies allows flexibility to match various water conditions.
A premium blend of high adsorption activated carbon is highly effective in the removal of chlorine, bad tastes/odors.
Timed release scale inhibition protects equipment against scale build-up and reduces equipment downtime.
