The Everpure EV9970-17 MRS-350 RO Mineral Reduction System is a configurable system that delivers reverse osmosis water for multiple foodservice applications. Output capacity: 350 gallons per day (1,325 lpd). Ideal for coffee, steam, reconstitution, ice, and multiple applications.

Perfect for use with dehydrated stocks, soups, sauces and gravies. Only the true taste of dehydrated ingredients comes through with no off-taste from your water. Use to reconstitute concentrated bases, stocks and flavor systems. The low mineral content water this system delivers is ideal for the reduction process.

Well suited for pasta and rice preparation equipment. Fresh, clean, pure back-of-house water source. Ideal for: flash steamers, conventional steamers, cheese melters, combination ovens, coffee and espresso machines.
